Custom landing gear orders require full payment with order. No C.O.D.s Stock items can be paid prior to shipment or shipped C.O.D. Credit card orders are charged in full at time of order. Shipping
All products are shipped F.O.B. Grove Aircraft, El Cajon, CA. Actual shipping charges will be added to all orders. We do not charge a handling fee for normal packing, crating, etc. Our normal method of shipment is surface UPS. If you desire another method, please advise us when ordering. Because Grove Aircraft has no control over the application or installation of its products, the purchaser by placing an order and accepting products from Grove Aircraft, agrees that all materials purchased will be used solely at purchaser’s risk and that purchaser will indemnify and hold Grove Aircraft, it’s owners and employees, free and harmless from all loss, liability or damage resulting from claims brought by reasons of any alleged failure or defect or any part or parts supplied by Grove Aircraft. It is the responsibility of the aircraft owner/operator to determine the suitability and proper installation of any Grove Aircraft products. |
